Letter addressed to Baqir Iskandari probably from his steward in Nawruzabad, regarding the status of the farms and the farmers, dividing the lands between them, and obtaining wheat seeds. He also complains about his family's hardships and asks for more help. At the end, he sends his greetings to Qamar Khanum, Daryush, Nawbakakht Khanum, Bizhan, Zhalah Khanum, and Faridun.

The peasants of the village of Turkaman write to Nuzhat al-Dawlah regarding compliance with her order for their cooperation in helping the poor.
